History

Built on the vision of one man, Cypress Park Resort Inn became a reality in 1987.  Co-Founder, Ivan Eng, along with his partners broke ground in the fall of 1986 and completed their project in December of 1987.

The natural beauty and serenity of the Cypress Hills provides the perfect setting for family and outdoor activities. Whether it be a family reunion, wedding, convention or a simple get away, the Cypress Hills activity and sceneries are why people come.

Along with the natural beauty, Cypress Park Resort Inn is also known for its friendly service, great food and family atmosphere.

Recognizing a need for a larger venue, Cypress Park Resort Inn incorporated phase two in 1997, adding a larger convention facility and 20 more town house units. Cypress Park Resort Inn can now accommodate 20 to 250 people for family gatherings and conventions, and seat up to 140 people in the new Ivan’s Restaurant  featuring world class food and friendly service.
