    Food and Beverage Division

    Group Coordinator  
    JOB DUTIES: * Assist Food and Beverage Director and Lodging Director in preparing contracts, proposals and all necessary correspondence for the Group Sales       department as well as promotional materials for sales projects; 
    * Responsible for Group Room bookings, rooming lists, tracking, billing and as point of contact for all group arrivals; 
    * Provide on-site tours to potential clients;
    * Maintain Sales Department filing; 
    * Coordinate food and banquet functions with Food and Beverage Director and staff;
    * Must have previous hotel or food handling experience, preferably with supervisor experience
    GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY: * Excellent command of the English language
    * Ability to relate to the public in a warm, friendly and professional manner
    * Requires ability to give attention to detail and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently
    * Superior telephone skills
    * Must have strong computer skills
    * Strong communication and decision-making skills
    * Flexibility with scheduling (weekend and/or evening hours)
    * Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment

    Restaurant/Lounge Server  
    JOB DUTIES: * Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages 
    * Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff 
    * Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals 
    * Serve food and beverages, present bill to patrons and accept payment 
    * General cleaning duties as required 
    * Other duties as required throughout hotel

    JOB DUTIES: - Provides courteous and professional guest services
    - Utilizes instinctive selling techniques to maximize revenue and occupancy levels
    - Maintains order and cleanliness at the front desk
    - Handles guest accounts
    - Assists guests on arrival, departure and during their stay
    - Operates the telephone console
    - Processes reservation and cancellation requests
    - Performs other duties as directed by the Front Desk Supervisor

    Room Attendant  
    JOB DUTIES:

    Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, swimming pool area, elevators, stairways, and other work areas so that health standards are met.

    Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers.

    Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.

    Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy.

    Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items.

    Help with in laundry and other hotel departments as needed.

    GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY: Able to work in a team environment and get along with co-workers.

    Able to keep up with physical demands of cleaning, carrying and other job requirements.

    Flexibility with scheduling.
